Magnetic Field Test & Characterization
Protection of Naval Ship from Sea Mines
TECOTEC Technologies builds magnetic signature management systems for naval vessels. Instead of fixed legacy hardware, our system uses closed-loop demagnetization, which actively measures and corrects a ship’s magnetic field rather than applying a one-time static fix. This lets navies maintain precise control over a vessel’s magnetic profile, keep that profile consistent across different environments, and update the system as threats evolve. The practical application is reducing a ship’s detectability to magnetic-influence sea mines, particularly in shallow coastal and confined waterways.
