The RF Test Set is an advanced, all-in-one test system that integrates key instruments, including a real-time spectrum analyzer, a vector network analyzer, a signal generator, a tracking generator, an RF power meter, a power amplifier, a programmable attenuator, and a 4-channel oscilloscope, into a single, compact platform.

It supports frequencies up to 20 GHz and provides standalone or integrated operation via PC or optional 17”/28” controller monitors. Each instrument is independently controllable through a Windows-based software suite, enabling flexible test configurations for R&D, EMC, and automated production environments
