1. Purchasing Specialist: Job Responsibilities
- Manage equipment and BOM (Bill of Materials) for each project, ensuring accurate and timely updates.
- Schedule and organize meetings with suppliers.
- Contact, draft, and send emails to domestic and international suppliers to request information on machinery and accessory specifications.
- Execute purchasing procedures in compliance with internal processes.
- Monitor delivery progress; inspect the quality, quantity, and standards of goods against initial requirements.
- Report discrepancies to the technical department and management; handle issues such as product returns or exchanges with suppliers.
- Collaborate closely with departments such as technical, production, contract, and finance-accounting to ensure procurement activities meet project requirements and budget compliance.

Professional Knowledge
