Services for Application Systems (AS)

For Tecotec Application Systems, we deliver specialized support services, including multiple 24-hour service options. These services are designed to protect system-level investments and minimize production and test downtime. Tecotec-trained engineers and technicians provide on-site system bring-up, operator and maintenance training, technical support, repair, advanced replacement, and both system-level and instrument-level calibration.

Tecotec Support Services

Tecotec offers flexible support service options for software users. Subscription License purchases include access to a Tecotec software service agreement for the duration of the subscription. Perpetual License purchases include one year of software service. After the first year, software services can be renewed annually.

Training and Certification
